How can I contact you?
You may fill out a contact form, send us a message via Facebook, or send us an email: contact@familyvaluesstore.com. We will try & get back to you within 24 hours
Do you allow service dogs?
Service dogs are allowed in our store (make sure to notify an employee upon entry, we recommend having it wear a service vest so as to discourage our other customers from attempting to pet it). Non-service certified dogs, including emotional support animals, must be carried or in a pet stroller
Do you allow food or drinks
Bottled drinks (ex. in a disposable or reusable water bottle) are allowed, otherwise we ask that you please keep food (including candy) & drinks in your vehicle or home. We have a small spot available at the front counter that you may set your drinks on
What differentiates you from the typical thrift shop?
While there are many differences between Family Values Thrift and the typical thrift shop, here are a few notable ones:
We keep our store clean, which means regular cleaning of displays, vacuuming often, and sanitizing surfaces
Our merchandise is carefully checked over for damage, stains, and other imperfections prior to being put out. Items that are not in like-new condition are priced less or fixed up prior to putting out.
We only accept donations of items in like-new condition, which means musty-smellin', stain-filled are not put out
Most of our items are purchased from various partners as we do not yet receive enough donations to meet the high demand
We carefully individually curate items, taking item condition & customer wants into account when acquiring inventory; we almost NEVER get random lots of merchandise
How long does it take to shop at your store?
With thousands of items to look at we would recommend you allocate at least 30 minutes of your schedule to shop. If you plan on trying on any clothing you are interested in purchasing add 3 minutes per item to your estimate.
How are your prices so low?
With almost all of our merchandise being purchased (we current do not receive enough donations to meet the high demand!) we rely on our deal-hunting experience to find fantastic deals on merchandise so we can keep our prices competitive
How long have your been in business for?
We have been in business since April 2016. Thank you so much for 10 wonderful years!
Besides shopping at your store, how else can I support your business?
We so greatly appreciate your desire to support us further! Here are five ways you can support our family-run shop:
Refer friends & family!
Donate items to us!
Share ideas about how we can improve your shopping experience!
