Items We Are Most In Need of (As of August 2026): Modern home decor, rustic home decor, toys, board games (complete), puzzles (complete), plain t-shirts, belts (damage-free),  Packers/Badgers/Brewers/Bucks gear, jeans, sweatpants, thermalwear, flannels, winter coats (spot-free), men's blazers (no collar issues), ugly Christmas sweaters, winter hats, winter gloves, winter masks, men's swimwear (good elastic)

Items We May Not Give Points For But Will Still Accept: Baby/kids' clothes, Men's & women's dress pants

Item Categories We Do Not Accept: Rugs & carpeting, used bedding (pillows, pillow cases, shams, sheets, blankets, etc.), mattresses, used socks & underwear, drinking glasses, large appliances, small appliances with interior stains, exercise equipment (except dumbbells & mats), furniture (very small furniture may be OK), light fixtures, watches, old/large TVs, DVD TV series, R-rated movies, VHS, PC games, video games without a console, health/self-help/travel/biographies/pre-2005 novels/teen/travel/misc. books, magazines, non-family friendly items, phone accessories (except chargers), car seats/baby bouncers/high chairs/most other baby equipment, baby teething toys, bath toys, most pre-owned medical & health-related items, power tools, auto parts, old monitors (no HDMI), old routers/modems, brooms/vacuums/mops, construction material, used cosmetics, paint & chemicals, inflatable items (unless brand new), items that require assembly

Issues To Look Out For: Pet hair, damage, stains, yellowing, deodorant marks, noticeable wear, pilling, snags, puckering, missing stitches, missing pieces, discoloration/fading/dark spots, paint marks, dirt, food, crumbs, bugs, loose glitter, dust, rust/corrosion, water/mold, sticky residue, bad elastic, garage sale/thrift/library tags, musty/smoke/mothball/strong detergent smell, shrinkage, random logos, etc.

Other Notes: Items that need to be heavily discounted or disposed of due to previously unseen issues will not receive rewards points. Donation criteria subject to change
